Reports To: Medical Director

Position Summary: Provide primary health care services under the supervision of a physician, adhering to Clinic policies and Texas laws. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, manage acute/chronic conditions, and ensure ethical patient care. Maintain medical records, prescribe medications, and contribute to performance improvement. Collaborate with healthcare

Nonperformance Requirements: Supervised by the Medical Director, overseeing LVNs and Medical Assistants. Collaborate effectively with all hospital staff.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· Demonstrate teamwork and uphold core values.

· Ensure patient dignity and ethical care.

· Conduct physical assessments, administer treatments, and maintain accurate records.

· Collaborate with physicians, contribute to patient care plans.
