We are looking to hire a Sales Manager/Reservation Manager , a modern newly built Hotel with all updated amenities .. The position is based in New York State within Sullivan County close to Monticello.

 The position is accountable for handling large group or other retail customer related to opportunities with significant revenue potential. Actively up-sells each business opportunity to maximize revenue . Aligns customer profile with the appropriate product. Achieves personal and team related revenue goals. 

This is full time job with PTO after satisfactory completion of 90 days probation period.

• Experienced guest service professional with excellent phone skills, ability to multitask and have a passion for service and hospitality.
• Minimum 5 years experience in sales and revenue management of hospitalities industries
• Must be able to make quick decisions and work in a hectic and diverse work environment.
• Strong ability to prioritize, organize, and manage competing priorities.
• Possess well-developed leadership and problem solving skills.
• Must be able to build and maintain business relationships.
• Recognizes opportunities to maximize revenue opportunities by up-selling and offering different products
• Implements approved sales plans and action plans as directed.
• Develops and searches for potential markets for hotel.
• Maintains competitive analysis statistical information.
• Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language
• Must possess valid authorization to work in the United States.
