Personal Trainer

As a Personal Trainer, you will share your passion for fitness in one-on-one training of clients and small groups. You will assist individuals in setting realistic goals and encourage lifelong adherence to a safe and effective exercise program. You will teach members about safe and effective exercise with the goal of helping them learn to design their own fitness plan.
DESCRIPTION
- Deliver a positive fitness experience to individuals and small groups.
- Design comprehensive fitness programs based on client goals
- Provide fitness consultations to new members
- Generate new personal training business by interacting with new and existing members
- Develop authentic, sincere, and positive relationships with members.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have a nationally recognized certification or degree in related field
- One year of experience preferred
- Certification in CPR/AED and first aid within 60 days of employment
- Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
