POSITION SUMMARY:
This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. Under the direction of the President & CEO, and in accordance with the Christian mission and purpose of the YMCA of Southwestern Indiana, the Vice President of Finance is responsible for overseeing all financial matters, investments, and insurance programs. The Vice President of Finance provides strategic direction and leadership for YMCA business operations and initiatives of the Association. The Vice President of Finance also recommends related policies and ensures their implementation.
