POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, experienced Full-time Lifeguard to assist the Aquatic Director in providing excellent service to our community and patrons in a safe, enjoyable, and positive environment that promotes wellness and engagement in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures. The Full-time Lifeguard will provide for the safety of our patrons and staff, excellent preventative methods from injuries, excellent adherence to the 10/20 rule, and excellence in lifesaving measures (60% - 80% of time). Also, in advancing the safety and quality of the facility the Full-time Lifeguard will assist in ensuring water quality and facility cleanliness (40% - 20%).
