We are looking for a dynamic and engaging leader for our Aquatics Department. In this role you will lead a young team of lifeguards and swim instructors, oversee daily operations of the department, organize our large swim lesson program, as well as interact and engage our YMCA members and program participants. Our pool is open 7 days per week. There will be times where you are in ratio as a lifeguard and/or swim instructor.
