YMCA of Silicon Valley is Hiring a Director of Membership Acquisition & Retention - Association Office Near Santa Clara, CA

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Director of Membership, Acquisition & Retention will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies focused on acquiring new members and retaining existing ones. The Director will oversee various channels, including Google Ads, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC), data analysis, and traditional advertising methods. The Director of Membership, Acquisition & Retention will work closely with YMCA Silicon Valley branches to ensure a cohesive and impactful marketing approach.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to attract new members.
  • Oversee Google Ads campaigns, SEO efforts, and PPC initiatives to drive membership growth.
  • Implement targeted campaigns and programs to enhance member retention.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improving member satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead a team of analysts to continuously monitor and analyze marketing data.
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize marketing strategies for maximum impact.
  • Manage radio and other advertising campaigns to reach and engage the target audience effectively.
  • Explore new and innovative advertising channels to expand reach and impact.
  • Work closely with the Director of Marketing. Strategy, and Director of Marketing, Communications and Brand to align membership acquisition and retention strategies with the overall marketing plan.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
  • Develop and manage budgets for membership acquisition and retention initiatives.
  • Monitor and optimize spending to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Other duties and responsibilities assigned by supervisor.

SALARY RANGE: $85K - $110K / Year
