POSITION SUMMARY:
The Director of Membership, Acquisition & Retention will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies focused on acquiring new members and retaining existing ones. The Director will oversee various channels, including Google Ads, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC), data analysis, and traditional advertising methods. The Director of Membership, Acquisition & Retention will work closely with YMCA Silicon Valley branches to ensure a cohesive and impactful marketing approach.

SALARY RANGE: $85K - $110K / Year
