YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas is Hiring an Associate Membership Director, Semones YMCA Near Dallas, TX

The YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas is actively seeking a cause driven leader to join the Semones Family YMCA as an Associate Membership Director.

The YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas, established in 1885, consists of 16 branches and 2 destination camps and employs over 2,000 staff - all dedicated to building healthy, confident, connected, and secure children, adults, families and communities. We are one of the largest YMCAs in North America and serve over 200,000 people annually through programs and events.

This position will oversee the Member Services Department at the Semones Family YMCA. Responsible for the day to day operations of the Member Services department, alongside the Membership Director, and building relationships at the Semones Family YMCA.

Responsibilities

This position directly supervises approximately 20 part-time staff.
Areas of responsibility include recruiting, hiring, training, coaching and termination of part time staff.
Responsible for ensuring program information is accurate, up-to-date, and communicated in a consistent manner to staff, members and the community.
Responsible for membership staff payroll, as well as creating and adhering to membership budget-expenses.
Must meet and/or exceed the membership monthly sales goals for the branch.
Will monitor and ensure accuracy of front desk data entry and tracking.
Will require a flexible schedule including some nights and/or weekends, which includes covering Member Representative shifts as needed.
Provide leadership to Annual Campaign and Community Events.
Other job related duties as requested and necessary.
