Description
This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. Our association is seeking a high-level leader who will intentionally foster a cause-centered culture that is welcoming, genuine, hopeful, nurturing and determined and builds the community's understanding of the YMCA's cause and impact through the development and implementation of an innovative talent acquisition strategy.
Under the supervision of the VP of HR, the Director of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for providing strategy, oversight and guidance for the Association’s talent acquisition processes.

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
WORK SCHEDULE:
The full-time work schedule for this position is generally Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, though evenings, and weekend work may be required.

The YMCA of Memphis & the Mid-South aims to provide quality and safe youth programs for all. We are committed to making a continuous effort to prevent the abuse of children: verbally, physically, emotionally and sexually. All allegations or suspicions of child abuse are taken seriously and will be reported to the State for investigation with full cooperation from the YMCA of Memphis & the Mid-South.
