Essential Functions:

• Start and end class on time with a safe environment.
• Have fun, be excited and make the class your own.
• Prepare workouts based on the needs and abilities of the participants.

• Must be at least 18 years old or a high school graduate.
• Applicant must hold a current Red Cross lifeguard and CPR/First Aid certification, experience preferred.
• Must have Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI clearances.
• Mandated Reporter Training within 90 days of hire.'

Physical Demands: The aquatics instructor is occasionally required to reach, pull, and push with hands and arms and use legs to lift/move up to 35 lbs. Must be able to be in the water for the length of all classes.
