Description of a Cheerleading Coach
The Shady Grove YMCA is looking for enthusiastic and patient instructors to coach cheerleading! The ideal candidate has a passion for cheer and is looking to impact the lives of youth by teaching the fundamentals of cheer, providing encouragement, and creating and modeling engaging routines for program participants. This part time position starts at $13.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
Qualifications of a Cheerleading Coach
We are looking for a cheer coaches who are at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED. The candidate must have related experience and the ability to teach these classes, while observing and helping the children to improve their technique in a fun and safe environment. Must have experience in working with children.
