Are you a night person looking for a few hours a week to join a great team to engage with fun members? Are you organized, reliable, enthusiastic, and personable? Do you like working with people with a focus of making their visit the most enjoyable possible? If so, the Greendale Family Branch YMCA is looking for you to join our Welcome Center.

The candidate must have excellent interpersonal/ human relations skills, including the ability to establish and maintain a positive work environment with staff, volunteers, and members and the ability to resolve conflict in a professional manner.

Responsibilities include: 

• Providing high level customer service to our late evening members
• Working with the Building Supervisor to ensure quality experiences for all members until closing
• Working with members and guests on registrations 
• Sharing program information and membership benefits
• Answering any phones calls in a professional manner
• Communicate with opening team on evening happenings.

The candidate must also enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while paying close attention to detail and dependable.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 5:00am-9:00am. Hours and Availability will be discussed during the interview. 

Job Type: Part-Time

Pay: $15.00/hour including Access to the Facilities for all YMCA employees, Employee Assistance Program, and Sick Leave
