Responsibilities:
- Provide support and guidance to team members and children in various areas, including Christian programming, childcare, classroom management, arts and crafts, field trips, STEM activities, and outdoor fun .
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and inclusive environment.
- Assist in planning and implementing activities and programs.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for team members.
- Communicate effectively with team members and parents/guardians.
