Position Summary:
The Production Specialist reports to the Creative Director and assists the design team in the production of digital files for print, advertising, OOH, web, and other media. Responsible for digital file management and the maintenance of digital libraries for branding, image assets, and additional design-related archives.
Position Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with art directors, designers, traffic manager, and project managers
• Make various formats of supplied artwork, including web banners, email blasts, social media assets, posters, etc.
• Resize ads for various publications; maintain specifications and submission requirements for various publications; review proofs
• Create digital proofs for internal and client review
• Prepare images for online and digital applications
• Provide image manipulation such as clipping paths, color correction, and light retouching
• Package and preflight files for release to printers or media partners
• Catalog and reference files for future projects
• Troubleshoot problems as they arise with the creative team
• Maintain design archives, including branding and imagery

Experience & Educational Background:

• Bachelor's degree; several years experience managing digital files; working knowledge of design and production processes

Skills & Competencies:

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Microsoft Office
• Experience with digital content such as websites, social media channels, online and print advertising
• Strong analytical skills
• Strict attention to detail; file organization and archiving skills
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects
• Process oriented and self-starter
