The Case Manager coordinates the plan of care for clients assigned to the Forensic Unit. Oversees patient evaluation and treatment planning, monitors client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Acts as a liaison between facility/patient/family and service delivery personnel to ensure clients are being effectively treated.
A background check, security clearance and drug screening are required for this role.
