Chief Finance & Operations OfficerAs the Chief Finance & Operations Officer (CFOO) at Yerba Buena Center for the Arts (YBCA), this pivotal leadership role encompasses the strategic oversight and comprehensive management of Finance, Operations, People & Culture (Human Resources), Facilities and Technology. Central to this position is the establishment of a robust partnership with the CEO, rooted in mutual trust and a shared vision, making the CFOO an integral and influential voice on the leadership team. The CFOO is instrumental in building strong effective relationships with staff, Board members and specifically with the Finance and Audit Committees. This role involves directing, administering, and coordinating organizational activities, aligning policies, goals and objectives set forth in conjunction with the CEO and Board and consistently enhancing the financial acumen of the organization's staff.
The salary range for this role is $200,00 - $250,000, dependent on experience.

Compensation and BenefitsThe salary for this position is between $200,00 - $250,000 based on full-time hours, and includes a competitive benefits package.
