As a WAM Mobilizer within our Wide Area Mowing Division, you will be responsible for transporting heavy equipment to the job sites. The WAM Mobilizer reports directly to a Branch Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Provide safe transportation of heavy equipment to and from jobsites or local repair shops, ranging from broken down tractors or other heavy equipment to small landscape equipment.
• Occasionally provide transportation of heavy equipment outside of city limits.
• Ability to operate various pieces of heavy equipment including but not limited to, tractor and Skid Steer.
• Daily inspection of the functionality and overall performance of your vehicle.
• Complete daily DOT log.
• Ability to secure the loads safely. (Over 15,000lbs)
• As needed, assist shop crew with additional needs.
• Contribute to our safety culture by participating in weekly safety trainings. Follow company safety protocols, identify, and communicate safety issues to the team.

Requirements: 

• Hold valid driver’s license, pass, and maintain Samba requirements, and operate trucks and trailers in a confident and safe manner.
• Active Class A CDL.
• Minimum OSHA 10, OSHA 30, a plus.
• CPR and First Aid Certification, a plus.
• Proficiency in Crew Mobile and Aspire scheduling.
• Exceptional communication and client-service skills, with a keen sense of ownership of responsibilities.
