YELLOWKORNER is Hiring a Sales Advisor Near Short Hills, NJ
Job Description:
YK needs an energetic, proactive Sales Advisor, with a love of art/photography (experience working with photography not needed) who will be able to support the gallery's success under the Gallery Director's guidance. YellowKorner is a new and fun company to work in. We are creating and providing Limited Edition photography at affordable prices. The company is in expansion and needs team members to bring it to its top with possibility to grow within the company reflective on job performance.
The Sales Advisor is responsible in driving sales, brand loyalty, providing exceptional customer service along with additional duties that may arise as needed. They are integral to the daily success of the gallery. The Sales Advisor has a direct reporting relationship to the Gallery Director.
Responsibilities and Duties
Key Accountabilities:
· Drive sales to hit personal and gallery goals
· Be part of a diverse, high-performing gallery team through consistent development and motivation the Gallery Director provides
· Open to coaching, mentoring and overall direction of accountabilities to meet gallery and Company goals under the direction of the Gallery Director
· Assists in the execution of floor sets in an efficient manner while following Company guidelines
· Represents the Company in a professional and positive manner
· Must be able to work nights and weekends
Qualifications and Skills
· Education and Experience:
· 3 to 5 years experience in retail. Commission based retail experience is a plus
· High End or luxury experience is a plus
· Excellent customer engagement, talent development, visual presentation and operational skills
· Knowledge in photography a plus but not required
· Business Knowledge and Critical Skills:
· Operates with a strategic mindset
· Proven track record of sales growth
· Proficiency in Microsoft office (specifically maneuvering in Excel) and general POS system
· Ability to maneuver around sales floor and stockroom; lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
· Assisting in replenishment deliveries
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $16.00 per hour
