Essential Functions:

• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing soiled or unsoiled sheets
• Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for patients
• Provide attention to patient’s non-medical home care needs
• Maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information
• Help patients live their best life
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times
• Document and report any changes in the client’s health status
• Assist in the preparation of meals and medication
• Obtain vital signs, heights, and weights.

Caregiver Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 18 years old and above
• Proof of COVID vaccination
• CPR and First Aid certification required
• Must be able to complete a Criminal Background report
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more when needed
• Valid Driver’s License and automobile insurance
