Responsibilities:

  • Providing direct patient care under the supervision of the nursing staff.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Assisting patients with daily living activities such as feeding, bathing, and changing bed linens.
  • Measuring and recording patients' vital signs.
  • Reporting any changes in patients' health status to the nursing staff.
  • Providing comfort to patients by responding to their calls and requests promptly and courteously.
  • Participating in team meetings to enhance patient care and ongoing communication.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED Certificate
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations and healthcare teams
  • Ability to undergo criminal and drug background check
  • At least 18 years old
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • A compassionate and empathetic personality.
  • Being able to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
