**Position Overview:**

As a Real Estate Sales Agent at the Yelich Realty Group, you will play a crucial role in facilitating property transactions and ensuring client satisfaction. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, guiding them through the buying or selling process, and utilizing your market expertise to help them achieve their real estate goals. **Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Consultation:**

- Conduct in-depth consultations with each client to understand their real estate needs and preferences.

- Provide expert advice on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.

2. **Property Marketing:**

- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers or tenants.

- Create visually appealing listings, including high-quality photos and compelling property descriptions.

3. **Property Showings:**

- Coordinate and conduct property showings for potential buyers or tenants.

4. **Negotiation:**

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a licensed real estate agent. Preferably 2 years of experience

- Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

- Familiarity with real estate software and technology.

**Education and Licensing:**

- Valid real estate license in WI.
