Yeager Marketing is Hiring a Project Manager Near Scottsdale, AZ

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, managing, and executing projects from beginning to end. They are responsible for turning the strategist’s vision into reality. The project scope can vary from single pieces of collateral to multifaceted, multichannel marketing campaigns. They identify all the tasks that need to be completed, and then strategically delegate those tasks within the project, while creating and managing detailed schedules throughout the duration of the project to the appropriate team members.

What will you do as a Project Manager?

  • Responsible for assigning new projects, tracking, reporting, and managing workflow through different departments.
  • Pro-actively work with departments to ensure they are equipped to meet key milestones.
  • Effectively schedule and track status of each project to keep the team on track to meet multiple pressing and often simultaneous deadlines.
  • Able to enforce processes and assess projects for prioritization.
  • Demonstrate urgency, commitment to quality and display a high level of personal accountability for all deliverables, communications, and overall performance.
  • Schedule kick-off meetings as needed.
  • Assist in documenting process flows and creating periodic summary reports for leadership.
  • Documenting/estimating the scope of work with help from Account Strategists and validating that projects can be completed within timeline and budget.
  • Develop and maintain step-by-step project plans, budgets, and schedules for each project.
  • Maintain per project budgets as well as on-going large retainer budgets.
  • Organize and forecast deliverables and dependencies.
  • Manage the full life cycle of projects from initiation through completion.
  • Oversee day-to-day tasks and identify | resolve potential challenges.
  • Execute change control when requests for additional functionality are made.
  • Elevate situations that may require executive support.
  • Maintain only the highest standards for quality.
  • Ensure on-time, on-budget project deliverables.
  • Provide QA on projects.
  • Provide weekly status reports and daily updates to the team.

Required Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
  • 5 years in project management, marketing, or operations.
  • Agency experience or similar environment preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMI) certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of project management systems, processes, workflow, and terminology, Kantata (Mavenlink) experience desired.
  • Experience with Adobe Pro and Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
