Overview:
Yates-Astro is currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Outside Sales Representative to promote and sell Yates-Astro's pest control services. This role allows you to build relationships with potential clients while generating new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Generate leads by canvassing residential neighborhoods, knocking on doors, and engaging with homeowners.
- Initiate conversations with homeowners to introduce yourself, and conduct brief assessments to identify potential pest problems or concerns.
- Explain the benefits and features of the company’s pest control services in a clear and compelling manner alongside treatment options, pricing, and any promotional offers available.
- Provide accurate information and alleviate any doubts to persuade homeowners to consider the services.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor throughout interactions while building rapport with homeowners to establish trust and credibility.
- Schedule appointments for pest inspections or service consultations, and obtain signatures for service agreements.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in direct sales, preferably in a door-to-door or residential sales environment.
- Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
