Duties and responsibilities:

• This role is responsible for assisting the Production Manager with overall production to ensure production schedules are met, and company standards and procedures are strictly followed. This role will interact daily with the Production, Warehouse team, and others.
• Support the Production Manager on staffing levels, employee shift schedule
• Responsible for guiding work safety training
• Ensure that the production area is clean and organized
• Adhere to all safety rules, including using the required personal protective equipment
• Bilingual in Mandarin is a must.
• Other duties assigned by the Production Manager

Qualification requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 1 year experience in management
• High degree of communication and collaboration with teams
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills while maintaining expected productivity.

Physical demands of the job:

• Must be able to physically perform the job, including working on feet for extended periods, and lifting 50 pounds.
• Must be able to wear protective equipment such as hard hats and safety glasses; other equipment must be worn in the performance of some duties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
