SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of fifteen years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Must have excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills. Must have excellent vision of customer needs and market trends. Excellent oral communication skills required for customer presentations. Excellent organizational skills required to manage many projects simultaneously. Excellent human relations skills required to coordinate broad organizational issues to meet the financial targets. Energetic leader with the ability to develop and motivate others. Proven sales track record in manufacturing or technology-oriented industries. Outstanding consultative selling abilities with executive level customers and business partners. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to create a result driven, team-oriented environment.
