Here is what is needed to be part of this amazing team :
3 years of general maintenance experince (painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
HVAC, plumbing, & electrical experince a plus
- A basic understanding of computer use including Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer is required
- Knowledge of building equipment, building codes, and building systems
- Flexibility with the schedule- availability for the day, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts is preferred
