**Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

**Responsibilities:**

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes

- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary

- Handle cash and operate the cash register or POS system

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area along with managing inventory and restocking mixers etc

- Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age

- Upsell additional products when appropriate

- Monitor customer intake to prevent overconsumption and ensure safety

**Skills:**

- Experience in brewing or mixing drinks is preferred

- Knowledge of food handling procedures

- Proficiency in operating POS systems and cash registers

- Strong mathematical skills for handling payments and making change

- Hospitality mindset with excellent customer service skills

- Understanding of basic retail math concepts

- Familiarity with Toast POS system is a plus

- Sales skills to promote specials and increase revenue

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.50 - $15.00 per hour
