Responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Greet customers warmly and take drink orders
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses and utensils
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any concerns or questions they may have
• Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible drinking practices are followed
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Qualifications/Skills:

• Previous experience as a bartender preferred
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Additional training such as TIPS Training, Food Handler, Serve Safe Training or any other certification in bartending is a plus
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects (such as cases of liquor or beer)
