```Job Overview:```
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Survey Crew Supervisor to join our team. As a Crew Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of workers and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational and communication skills.

```Duties:```

• A minimum of 5 years total survey experience, 3 of which as a Crew Chief.
• Must be experienced in controlling the function of surveying instruments and calculators.
• Knowledge in civil construction plans.
• Must be proficient in the use of Robotic Total Stations, GPS Data Collectors and Receivers, plus auto/magnetic levels.
• Must be physically able to perform civil construction surveying needs.
• Possess good interpersonal skills, and effective written and oral communication skills.
• Attendance, punctuality, and reliability are essential requirements.
• Must be able to work in inclement weather.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record required.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Hourly rate depending on experience.
• Company vehicle provided for work purposes only.
• Paid weekly.
