Purpose of Role
Drive the production lifecycle for all motion visual materials and still photography to help become a brand of choice.
Key Accountabilities Include
• Drives creative content process so production is completed accurately, on budget and on time, in support of brand consistency and relevance.
• Ensures collaboration between internal YCA stakeholders and YCJ to ensure production excellence for all motion visual production.
• Develops project goals and requirements to ensure creative briefs and production plans deliver on business objectives and standards of excellence.
• Ensures talent and production companies deliver content that elevates the brand experience.
• Ensures best practices to ensure Yamaha becomes center of excellence.
• Ensures production efficiencies across internal marketing teams and maximize Yamaha’s investment in content creation.
Primary Responsibilities Include
• Ensures licensing documentations, master service agreements, SOW, and W9 documents are signed and in the Yamaha system.
• Determines production resources and budget requirements for accurate, brand quality productions.
• Supports Q/A process of final project archives and provide visibility to key stakeholders.
• Prepares production logistics for permitting and location management while maintaining compliance with industry standards.
• Manages and produces Live Event and Tradeshow content and live streaming experience.
• Determines the proper channel for distribution and specification for final delivery of Yamaha brand content.

Qualifications
Ideal
• Experience with production software and communication tools (MS Teams, Workfront).
• Familiarity with industry tools, pre-production and production best practices.
• Experience with budget and time management software.
• Expertise with SOW, Talent Release, invoicing, bidding and permitting experience.
Preferred
• 2 years of production experience including motion and stills photography
• Some higher education
• Negotiation experience
• 2 years of content creation experience.
