Yamaha Motor is Hiring a Corporate Recruiter Near Kennesaw, GA

As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging top talent to meet the hiring needs of our organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and deliver a seamless candidate experience while contributing to the growth and success of our team.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards and social media.
  • Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation.
  • Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
  • Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database
  • Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
  • Continuously partner with recruiting team, human resources and managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies
  • Work and form relationships with internal management teams to better understand their hiring needs and job specifications
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Performs other duties as required.

What you need to be successful:

  • B.A. in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 5 years of experience as Recruiter or similar HR role
  • Extensive knowledge with ATS (ADP RM Preferred)
  • Understanding and familiarity with Recruitment Marketing
  • Some understanding of basic marketing strategies
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
