Yamaha has an excellent opportunity for a Racing Inventory Control Coordinator to join our Motorsports Team in Cypress, CA. In this role you will manage all YMC, YEC, OEM, OW Special Parts, Yamalube, and GYTR parts orders, in addition to support team orders for the Racing and Testing Department. Manage all support team parts activity and report weekly on balances, invoicing as needed. Manage all import and export shipping requirements, along with domestic shipping. Manage the inventory, sales and warehousing of all crate engines to appropriate racers/teams/departments.

What you'll be doing:

• Maintain and originate all invoices, packing slips, purchase orders for YMC/YEC, OEM/special parts, Yamalube, and GYTR products, with the use of SAP/excel
• Track all support team's OEM and special parts activity and report weekly with a breakdown of the orders and balances, invoicing as needed.
• Process all shipments for the Racing Department, including imports/exports, and domestic shipments, insuring they are billed to the appropriate team/department.
• Support the Machine/Fabrication shop by sourcing material, tooling, and required lubricants for equipment. Schedule and assist with the delivery of material.
• Manage the inventory and sales of all crate engines for racers, teams/departments. Verifying pricing and shipping costs are accurate.
• Manage Supported Race Teams parts budgets, including monthly invoicing, auditing, and balance tracking.
• Must have good organizational skills with strong work ethic. Must keep confidentiality regarding Yamaha products, strategy and best interests. Primary job duties done with minimal supervision.

What you need to be successful:

• Powersports Racing knowledge/experience preferred
• Associates Degree minimum
• Advanced computer skills and knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook, SAP) .
• Advanced knowledge of the workings of motorcycles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to multi-task, prioritize projects and employ time management skills with minimal supervision under tight deadlines
• Forklift Operation and safety.

Pay Range:

• $41,390 to $64,160

Yamaha intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related experience. Base pay is part of Yamaha's Total Reward program, our Talent Acquisition Team will share more details as candidates progress.
