Yamaha Golf Cars of California is a small business in Livermore, CA. We sell, service and rent golf cars and utility vehicles.

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable / Payable professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting and be proficient in various software applications.

Duties:

- Prepare and submit customer invoices

- Process incoming and outgoing payments

- Reconcile accounts receivable and payable

- Generate financial reports detailing accounts receivable and payable status

- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or irregularities

- Communicate with customers and vendors to address billing inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies

Skills:

- Proficiency in accounting software.

- Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail

- Knowledge of journal entries and basic tax principles

- Ability to work on accounts receivable, handling customer accounts efficiently and professionlly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
