Manage The Day To Day Activities Of The Environmental Services Department. Resolve Employee And Workflow Issues. • 1. Supervise Evs Staff To Ensure All Work Is Completed; Ensure Staff Is In Assigned Areas Performing Assigned Duties; And Revise Assignments Daily Based On Available And Changing Staffing.

• 12. Review And Revise Written Work Assignments Based On Changing Conditions.
• 13. Identify And Initiate Process Improvements Using Blue Belt Techniques.
• 14. Propose And Write Department Procedures.
• 15. Support And Promote All Hospital And Department Initiatives.
• 16. Notify Director And Other Supervisors Of Operational Issues Occurring During Shift.
• 17. Performs Other Duties As Assigned Or Directed To Ensure Smooth Operation Of The Department/Unit.

EDUCATION

High School / Ged Completed.

EXPERIENCE

2 Yrs Prior Supervisory Experience Preferred; Two Years Broad Customer Service Experience Required.
