We have a unique and exciting opportunity for a shop fabricator for our Norwood, MA location. This position is responsible for the fabrication of rigging products made of synthetics, steel cable and chain assemblies used in heavy lifting and cargo tie-down applications. Previous industrial experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right person. The successful candidate must be mechanically inclined with a keen attention to detail as they will handle and operate heavy-duty production equipment and provide sustainable, high yield production performance on the manufacturing floor. There is plenty of growth potential and the working conditions are excellent.
Education, Skills and Experience:
The position is a physical one, requiring extended periods of standing/bending, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, physical mobility and agility, including moving from place to place and maneuvering body while in place. May be subject to loud noises while on production floor.
