Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases
- Meet or exceed sales goals by utilizing effective sales techniques and upselling products
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and be able to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner, escalating to management when necessary
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and objectives

- Stay up to date and participate in the onboarding program

Skills:

- Strong sales skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, as it will allow you to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base
- Excellent organizational skills to ensure merchandise is properly stocked and displayed
- Ability to upsell products and provide recommendations based on customer needs
- Knowledge of retail math, including calculating discounts, percentages, and sales tax
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
