We are currently seeking a professional Front Counter Sales Associate available Monday through Friday from 7:00am-3:00pm

PURPOSE:

As a key member of our store’s counter team, you will contribute strongly to the overall store success by supporting our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products
- Process sales transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly sales floor and counter
- Experience in Hardscaping/Masonry a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
- Proficient in operating a cash register
