Xyant Services is Hiring a Business Analyst (with S/4 Hana exp) Near San Jose, CA
Job Details
- At least one full-cycle implementation experience on S/4 HANA in a large organization, and experience developing custom Fiori reports.
- Experience in SAP SD and FICO module is a plus
- Experience supporting analytics and data domains in Sales and finance processes, quarter-end and year-end financial close.
- Good understanding of Subscription business models and the importance of customer journey touch points for delivering intelligent insights for measuring conversion and retention.
- Experience working on data warehousing platforms (SQL, etc.) and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Ability to understand strategy, goals and processes in Finance domain, translate them into business requirements, functional/system specifications.
- Keeps commitments and completes assignments on time. Communicates clearly and shares information with teammates.
Good analytical skills, basic sql skills to query , profile and present to business stakeholders. Good communication and business engagement skills.
Knowledge of S/4HANA , HANA modelling and knowledge of S/4 implementation .
Data Warehousing concepts and knowledge of HANA.
Location : Onsite , 2 to 3 days a week in San Jose.
Expectations : Interact on a daily basis with the Engineering team , Finance, Engineering and GTM teams.

All 3 are similar roles focusing on Analytics. As a part of S4 implementation, Primarily focusing on Subscription Analytics
Enhance based on the changes based on upstream systems
Working with the HM and Guiding them around Subscription Analytics
Expecting to have background in S4 hana, Subscription analysis , SQL
1. Good in Analytics
2. SQL (Profile the data) basic sql skills
3. Good Communication
4. Some exposure to Hana
5. Having SAP background is good to have but not a must
6. Prior exp with S4 Implementation is plus
7. FICO is good to have
