Job Requirements/Skills:

• Bilingual English and/or Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese)
• Education: Associates degree minimum, Bachelors degree preferable.

POSITIONS

Medical Receptionist I: (Starting $40,000 - $45,000 annually)

• Meet and greet patients, answer phone calls, and schedule appointments.
• Assist patients in registration.
• Review and verify patient demographics and insurance coverage.
• Verify patient insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations.
• Collect and record payments.
• Filing, organizing, and maintaining documents.

Medical Receptionist II: (Starting $50,000 to $55,0000 annually) - Recommendation Letter Required

• Review healthcare professionals notes and treatment plans to correct billing and procedure codes.
• Administer questionnaires and assist in taking history and writing documents
• Assist psychiatrist during patient visits.
• Handle medical record requests.

Assistant Manager: (Starting $65,000 to $70,000 annually) – Recommendation Letter Required

• Cover for Medical Receptionist I and II as needed.
• Assist Manager in billing (payment collections) and personnel tasks (employee credentialing, hiring, training, evaluation).
• Strong interpersonal skills to function independently and interact with outside agencies including insurance payers and professional offices.
• Assist Manager in purchasing, compliance, and quality control.
