Job Summary:
Repossession Specialists in Atlanta GA seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties, such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate person
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
- Assist with data entry tasks, including updating and maintaining databases
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records
-Assist with the post-repossession process (process repo vehicles and upload photos)
- Schedule/ Verify vehicles for transport companies
- Assist with vehicles redemption and personal property
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness
- Provide general administrative support to staff members as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in typing and data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
