Fitness Training Supervisors ensure members receive a superior personal training experience, and that they are achieving their fitness goals. They assist in production, quality control, scheduling, system functionality, and staff training. As leaders, they are responsible for creating a positive environment for both members and employees, developing a professional staff through coaching and feedback, and ensuring company standards, policies and procedures are in place and consistently practiced.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $46,358.53 - $100,000.00 per year
