We are seeking a highly skilled Zendesk Support Specialist to join our team. As a Zendesk Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients via Zendesk. This includes handling customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Zendesk support, with a deep understanding of the platform's features and functionality. Additionally, strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. Clients include end studio customers, internal employees, and franchise partners.
