We are seeking a highly skilled Zendesk Support Specialist to join our team. As a Zendesk Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients via Zendesk. This includes handling customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Zendesk support, with a deep understanding of the platform's features and functionality. Additionally, strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. Clients include end studio customers, internal employees, and franchise partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Your primary responsibilities will be answering customer inquiries by email and phone, while upholding our service levels and quality standards
  • You will act alongside the Manager, MarTech as the voice of the customer of boutique fitness brands, to help us build a world class product support offering
  • Documenting customer feedback and feature requests into Articles
  • Reporting software bugs and UI issues
  • Bringing the Voice of the Customer to internal roadmaps and projects
  • Implement customer service best practices to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • This includes handling customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • As a Zendesk Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients via Zendesk

Qualifications:

  • Ability to provide seamless, high-quality customer support for multiple brands
  • Excellent prioritization skills and attention to detail
  • A minimum of 2 years in customer support
  • Proficiency with Zendesk
  • Previously worked at an early-stage startup
  • Highly organized with an ability to hit deadlines for assigned work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with team members and external vendors.
