Summary/Objective:

Xponential Fitness is looking for a Customer Inventory Accounting specialist to join our accounting department. The Customer Inventory Accounting specialist will work directly with our development team, retail team, warehouse team, customers, and will report directly to the manager/senior manager of accounting. We are looking for someone who is customer service oriented, with a high level of attention to detail, and critical thinking skills to research customer requests.

Position Scope:

This position’s scope could include, but not limited to recording returns, refunds and exchanges. Communicating with the customers and ensuring their order-related requests are appropriately handled and resolved in a timely manner. This position will require a high degree of analysis of transaction level activity.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the accounting team with review and submission of credit memos and refunds for review by management.
• Work with multiple departments and customers to obtain information and ensure all requests are handled properly and on a timely basis.
• Review requests and provide detailed support to back up findings.
• Receive and respond to customer inquiries regarding status of request.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required
• 4 years of experience in general accounting
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to function well in a team-oriented environment
• Customer-facing experience preferred
• Familiarity with NetSuite a plus
• Job is based out of Irvine, CA with expectation of working from a combination of the warehouse and the office at minimum 4x per week
