The Maintenance Attendant is responsible for performing duties related to cleaning and general maintenance for offices, break rooms, meeting rooms, restrooms, and throughout the building.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety and cleanliness of work area and the neat appearance of the facility
Sweep, mop, scrub and vacuum floors
Empty trash and garbage containers
Wipe down all the tables and counters
Daily oversight of the restroom cleanliness
Notify manager of products required
Complete cleaning-related projects
Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
Other duties may be assigned as required
