How this job will fit your life:

• Hours – 6AM to 4:30PM
• Days – Monday through Thursday (3-day weekend!)
• Pay – TBD

What you can expect each day:

• Maintain and run CNC Swiss lathe
• Adjust controls and tool settings to maintain dimensions according to tolerances
• Use tools to securely mount and align machine and ensure correct positioning using measuring tools
• Inspect workpieces to ensure they meet specifications using micrometers, gauges, and dial indicators
• Examine blueprints and other job specifications to calculate how much material is needed and the sequence of operations
• Lift workpieces and position them correctly and securely in machines

• Must be able to read and understand job orders, drawings/blueprints and other data and perform all the necessary calculations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Capable of meeting assigned deadlines
• Ability to stand for long periods of time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
