DESCRIPTION:

The Axle Funding Lot Auditor is responsible for the day-to-day inventory auditing of automobile dealerships within their region. They will work independently in assigned geographic territories to perform wholesale inventory inspections including verification and reconciliation of inventory listed on the dealer’s account. The Auditor will be responsible for communicating the results as well as any changes in the behavior of the dealer to operations management. The Auditor will also assist in collection and communication with the dealers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to travel and work independently, with little direct supervision.
• Work outside in all weather conditions.
• Self-motivated
• Ability to use mobile technology, such as a phone, tablet or laptop.
• Excellent business communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain a professional, friendly, and cooperative rapport with customers
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

• College degree or equivalent experience is preferred, but not required
• Previous experience in the auto, audit, or assurance industry a plus
• Ability to work well with team members and customers
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage and resolve problems
• Bilingual preferred
• Basic computer software skills required
