• Must meet the TDDC MSA classification Minimum Qualifications and Education requirements.
• MQ 2 Two (2) years of experience building and deploying applications and services through automation of CI/CD pipelines in a cloud environment such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Azure.
• MQ 3 Three (3) years of experience building infrastructure with scripting language such as bash or IaC such as Terraform.
• Three (3) years of experience working with Agile/SCRUM system development methodologies
• Three (3) years of experience developing/operating, standardizing, and building secure, auto healing production grade infrastructure and networking in the cloud for Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) solutions, in AWS or Azure.
• Experience must include all of the following: Creating private networks and following best practices for subnetting and security of networks deploying and managing compute and storage resources using autoscaling components to manage the infrastructure · Combining both manual and automated processes for managing the upgrading and patching of versions.
• Operating and monitoring of the infrastructure and applications.
• Three (3) years of experience building and deploying infrastructure for data analytics, which may include data warehouses, data lakes, and data streaming architecture.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

• Three (3) years of experience building, standardizing, and operating continuous monitoring solutions for both operations and security of data pipelines.
• Two (2) years of experience as a technical lead setting and automating the security and policies of Kubernetes clusters, containers, and AWS infrastructure.
• Two (2) years of experience deploying stateful applications to Kubernetes in production.
• Three (3) years of experience building/managing networks on Kubernetes utilizing layers 3 - 7 of the Open Systems Interconnection model, Zero Trust networking and resource optimization.
• Two (2) years deploying and building infrastructure using GitOps approach.
• Two (2) years of experience setting up and maintaining data pipelines and analytics in Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)/The Health Information Trust Alliance (HITRUST) environments.
• One (1) year of experience building API's.
• Two (2) years of experience building data pipelines for analytics, data science, and machine learning.
• One (1) year of experience building and servicing data mesh architectures supporting data scrum teams in producing data as a product.
