Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, energetic, dependable, people focused Order Support Associate to provide excellent customer service to our customers and internal staff. We are looking for a dependable team player comfortable working in a growing company with stable long-term opportunities for future advancement. This position is critical to supporting the daily functions required of a large e-commerce operation supporting the customer service team with customers and assisting in order validation, processing refunds via interacting through a large number of internal and external systems.

Pay/Benefits: Up to $16.00 hour. This position includes paid sick days and opportunities to earn overtime pay, along with a corporate 401k plan.

Principal Duties:

• Process customer refunds through eBay, Amazon, and internal payment systems
• Manage customer warranty claims
• Submit shipping claims with all major carriers
• Contact customers via phone and email to validate addresses and orders
• Submit and manage chargeback claims
• Research potential fraudulent and erroneous transactions
• Create pre-paid shipping labels and provide to customers
• Manage order processing and out-of-stock product fulfillment
• Assist other team members on miscellaneous tasks or projects.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Service and clerical experience, including processing customer refunds a plus
• Success in this role requires Problem Solving, Taking Initiative, Documentation, Phone Etiquette, Typing, Analyzing Information and Multi-Tasking
• Ability to navigate online, with experience in MS Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google tools (Gmail, Google Docs)
• Familiarity with online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay)
• College degree or some college preferred
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred

• Ability to work at a desk for long periods of time
• Attention to detail and consistent, reliable job performance are a mus
