Senior Human Resource – Business Partner

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Human Resource – Business Partner to

collaborate with People Managers to build a high-performance company through employee excellence.

Key Areas of the role

  • Build a culture of employee excellence by coaching, guiding, supporting, challenging and empowering employee excellence.
  • Providing day-to-day performance management guidance to line managers (mentoring, career planning, coaching)
  • Optimise organisational design to increase productivity and improve performance of the business.
  • Identify training needs and design training programs in line with the company vision.
  • Ensure the company has the right size, shape, cost, and agility for the future. 
  • Select and develop key talent to ensure there are talents to fill critical roles.
  • Implement reward and recognition interventions to increase bottom-line results.

To excel you will need to:

  • Enjoy collaborating with People Managers and seek satisfaction in seeing colleagues thrive and grow with your support.
  • Challenge processes and procedures to get best from people.
  • Have a HR Qualification and a strong understanding & experience of all HR Functions. Excellent knowledge and understanding of employment legislation.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the HR field; specifically, Performance Management and Learning and Development.
  • Experience of working with a variety of corporate cultures and business areas.
  • Experience in a start-up / SME environment is preferable.
