The Tax Manager is critical in leading and executing processes within the finance function, adhering to generally accepted accounting principles, and maintaining controls over business transactions. This position is responsible for, but not limited to maintaining tax compliance, analyzing, reconciling, and preparing journal entries for ASC 740, managing Xeris daily treasury function, supporting SEC reporting, and adhering, documenting, and implementing internal controls. Our ideal candidate has at least five years of professional tax and accounting experience and has managerial experience, organized and an ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.
